Large - is bookkeeping with an established, but growing business in mind. This package is priced with GAR and monthly transactions in mind. It includes Vendor pay and bill pay. Price is based on approximately 5 accounts, 200 transactions per month and/or a GAR of <$400.
Small - is a standard bookkeeping option for a small, but growing business that needs timely attention to their books.
This package includes reconciliations approximately 3 accounts, 125 transactions per month and/or a GAR of <$150K.
Full Charge Bookkeeping Services
This package has it all. Do you have multiple companies, need invoicing, payment and location tracking, bill pay, vendor pay, cash flow monitoring, etc.? Price is based on 5+ accounts, 200+ transactions per month and/or a GAR of $400+. W9 and 1099 management, Cash Flow Monitoring, Receipt entry and tracking is also included.
Medium - is bookkeeping with the established business in mind.
This package includes reconciliations for approximately 4 accounts, 200 transactions per month and/or a GAR of <$300.
Payroll can be added to any of the above packages. Pricing starts at $50 per pay period. Pricing does not include the cost of any payroll software being used.
Estimates and Invoicing can be added to any of the above packages. Pricing starts at $375 per month and is calculated in increments of 50 estimates and/or invoices per month.
